License Request

You need to send us a license request from www.celoxis.com/license.php after which you will receive the license file and installation details.

Some tips :

1. The Company should be the name of your Company for which the software is purchased. This will be present on the administrator details page after you install the application.
2. Email should be the email address of the person responsible for installation. The installation details and the license file will be mailed to this address.
3. Hardware ID is the 12 digit address of your server where Celoxis will be installed. You can run the program on the license request page to find this ID.
4. The  Platform is the Operating system on which Celoxis will be installed.
5. The Database Software is the database type you will be using for Celoxis. For supported types, refer the 3rd point here.
6. The Database Host is the server where the database resides. You can enter the IP address or server name here. In case you have installed an named instance for your database, it should be mentioned over here.
   For example : server_name\instance_name 
7. The Database Port is the port on which your database is listening. In case, it is your default installation, you can leave this blank.
8. The Database Name is the name of the Celoxis database.
