Celoxis has a basic process configured to handle Issues. 

You need to initiate a process of type "Issue". For details, click here.

  1. Customer/User opens an Issue
  2. By default it is set to Unresolved state and can be assigned to a user.  
  3. Upon resolution the user can move it to Resolved 
  4. If waiting for inputs user can move it to On Hold
