Celoxis sends email notifications on work items when you are either
- Implicitly associated with that work item, e.g., assigned on the task/app item, or a Project Manager, or a State Manager for a particular app item. OR
- Explicitly following a work item or discussion.

The email notification also allows you to reply back to the emails which then adds your that as a comment to the work item. The notifications include a link to the work item that you are following. You can click on the Unsubscribe link in the email to stop receiving the emails.
