Resource efficiency chart is specially provided for the Project Manager for monitoring resource performance. This helps the PM with tighter control on resource efficiency and thereby improve performance and success rate. This is the percentage of the resource estimated hours v/s the hours they actually spent on planned activities.

Resource Efficiency: Hours (Est)/Hours (Actual) as a percentage.
Let's look at an example: User - Peter who has Estimated hours as follows:

AprMayJune
141168214

and Actual hours on planned activities as follows:

AprMayJune
12836164

So, the Efficiency for April is (141/128)*100=110%.

The efficiency should always be measured on Tasks as Hours(Est) can only be entered against the tasks.

If Hours (Est) or Hours (Actual) is 0, then the cell will not have any value.

If your users play multiple roles in different workspaces, then we recommend creating a custom field (single select dropdown) on users - "Primary Deparment" and group on that field.
