You can edit and delete time entries if you have not sent them for approval.

To edit submitted time entries:

You need to have edit and Approve privileges for this.

  1. On the main menu, click Time and click Weekly Time.
  2. Click on the time entry that you want to edit.
  3. An edit pop-up is displayed. Click in the hours box to type hours.
  4. Select a date from the Date Picker. You can change the other fields such as the time-code, task name, etc.
  5. Click Save. The time entries are edited.

To delete submitted time entries:

You need to have delete privileges for this. 

  1. On the main menu, click Time and click Weekly Time.
  2. Click on the time entry that you want to delete.
  3. On the pop-up window, click on Delete. The time entry will be deleted.

 

To delete a saved time-entry, just clear the time in the box and click on Save, I'll submit later.
