As project managers, you need to be aware of the ongoing activities in projects. For larger projects it can get overwhelming to keep track of all activities and their details. Therefore Celoxis provides a project activity log which informs you of activities performed like project / task attributes modified, updates done on tasks and processes, time and expenses created, new discussions created, documents uploaded etc. The log also records when and who made the changes. This makes it very convenient for you to go through the log and get a quick update. The manager can set up a project activity log to display date wise or resource wise activities performed on the project.

To set up Activity Log :

  1. Go to your Project.
  2. Click on New Report... on the left hand, and then select Activity Log.
  3. In the Name* box, type the name of the report.
  4. Fill in the other details.
  5. Configure the Output section to display what you wish to see:
    • In the Columns section, select the filter from the Available options and move it to the left.
