  •   Changing auto scheduled task to manually scheduled:
    1. Existing constraints (Type and Date) are retained but will not be honored.
    2. Dependencies will remain as is but will not be honored.
    3. Constraints will reset to ASAP.
    4. Certain fields like Duration, Constraint Type, Constraint Date, Predecessor will not be visible on the Edit pop-up screen of the task.


  • Changing manually scheduled task to auto scheduled:
    1. Task will get rescheduled as per auto logic.
    2. Certain fields like Duration, Constraint Type, Constraint Date, Predecessor will be visible on the Edit pop-up screen of the task.
    3. If the Constraint type of the manually scheduled task was set, it will be reverted back to ASAP.
    4. Constraints and dependencies will be honored once set after the change.
