As your data grows fetching all that data slows down the loading of your pages. In order to keep the application responsive we have enforced some limits. For now, you will only see warning messages when these limits are exceeded. Soon however the reports will no longer work until steps are taken to limit the data. The table below lists the the limits, the error/warning messages and the actions you can take to reduce the data.

| Report resulted in too many exceeded limit of N records | A limit of 15,000 rows for any report is enforced. To fix this edit the report and add filters or use the promptable filters defined. For Example,
In most cases you are interested in recent data. So the easiest way to limit data in any report is to use date filters. |
| Pagination limit exceeded | There is a limit of 50 records per page on dashboard reports and 250 per page on individual reports. |
| This report is no longer supported on the dashboard | Gantt Chart and Resource Load Charts can cause dashboards to slow down and hence will not be supported on the dashboard. |
| Resource load chart: Date range exceeds limit of 3 / 12 months | The Period filter on the Resource Load Chart is limited based on the Zoom level
You can change this or it will be enforced automatically. |
| Weekly Time: Filter Tasks for In range cannot exceed 3 months | The limit for In Range option under "Filter Tasks" on the Weekly time screen is 3 months. |
