Limits

As your data grows fetching all that data slows down the loading of your pages. In order to keep the application responsive we have enforced some limits. The table below lists the the limits, the error/warning messages and the actions you can take to reduce the data.

Error Message	Reason and Actions required to fix it
Report exceeded limit of N records	A limit of 15,000 rows for any report is enforced. To fix this edit the report and add filters or use the promptable filters defined. For Example, In 'Project' reports, use filters such as "Manager", "Client", "Phase" or "Category". In 'Time entry' reports, use filters such as "Date", "State", "Time code". In most cases you are interested in recent data. So the easiest way to limit data in any report is to use date filters.
Pagination limit exceeded	There is a limit of 50 records per page on dashboard reports and 250 per page on individual reports. No action is required from your side. When the limits are enforced, the per page record count will automatically readjust to those limits.
This report is no longer supported on the dashboard	Gantt Chart and Resource Load Charts can cause dashboards to slow down and hence will not be supported on the dashboard. You may remove these yourself or they will be automatically removed when limits are enforced.
Resource load chart: Date range exceeds limit of 3 / 12 months	The Period filter on the Resource Load Chart is limited based on the Zoom level 3 months for Day 12 months for Week or Month You can change this or it will be enforced automatically.
Weekly Time: Filter Tasks for In range cannot exceed 3 months	The limit for In Range option under "Filter Tasks" on the Weekly time screen is 3 months. Reduce the range or it will automatically default to last 3 months when limits are enforced.
