Project managers are automatically designated as the approvers of time entries. The approvers can approve or reject the time entry. The Approver Comments can also be entered at this time. Approvers can mark the time entries billable, costable or both.The project financials are automatically updated after the time entries are approved. If entries are rejected, the submitter is notified through an email. The submitter will see the rejected entries in the same week for which they were submitted and can make changes, and resubmit the time for approval. They may also choose to delete the entry and fill it again. Celoxis also displays the Pending, Approved and Total Hours of the users on the time entry window.
