Once you create a new app (Active), its relevant view will be created automatically. For existing customers, a view for each of your active Apps will also be created. If a specific particular module is disabled, then its associated view will not be visible under on the menu.
The data shown the views is controlled by the security privileges of the user determine the data a user will see under a View. So, if a user does not have sufficient privileges, he/she will not see the data under the related View.

Only a user with administrative privileges can edit the views by clicking on Edit option under the View's actions menu ☰ for adding new columns, filters, etc. which will then be reflected reflect for all users.
