This method allows anyone to initiate an App by sending a email to a unique email address. The email address has encoded information about the App, Workspace and the specific state the item must be placed. For instance, you want a Support Ticket to be initiated when your customers send an email to a given address.

Direct Email Interface:

  1. On From the main menu, click Settings, and then click Companyon Image Added and then Company Settings.
  2. Under Apps section, click Email Integration.
  3. Under the Direct Email Interface section click on Find Email Address.
  4. Select the appropriate App from the drop-down list and click on Next.
  5. From the Workspace drop-down list, select the required Workspace.
  6. From the State drop-down list, select state. 
  7. Click on Submit. An email address for your app is created  which will then create app items under the selected workspace and state.
