- Go to the App item.
- From the actions drop-down
of the item, click on Add Comment. - Enter the Comments.
- You can enter the Hours with the Timecode you have spent on the Workflow item also.
- Select Notify Requestor option, if you want to notify the requestor of the transition and comments. This field is only visible if the Use Requestor Field?is checked when defining the WorkflowApp.
- Click Submit. The item will be updated with the new comments.
