This method is preferred when you want to integrate your existing system into the Workflow process. For this to happen you will have to configure your form processing script to send mail to the relevant address.
Indirect Email Interface:
- On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
- Under Workflows section, click Email Integration.
- Under the Indirect email integration section, you will find the email address for your company using which you can initiate the Workflow.
- The email body needs to be in a specific format as mentioned on the same page.
