  1. From the main menu, click on  and then Company Settings.
  2. Under the Security section, click Roles.
  3. In the Roles window, click Add link.
  4. In the Add Role, type a role name in the Name* box.
  5. In the Comments box, type the comment, if any and click Save.

To edit / delete Roles:

  1. On From the main menu, click Settings, and then click Companyon Image Added and then Company Settings.
  2. Under the Security section, click Roles.
  3. To edit a role, do the following:
    • Point at a role, and click on the pencil shaped icon.

  4. To delete a role, do the following:
    • Point at a role, and click Delete.
    • Click OK. The role is deleted.
