Celoxis lets you define privileges for the different roles to perform actions on various objects in Celoxis. Based on your company policy, you can either Grant/Deny or leave Unspecified the permission each role can play. To understand more on privileges, please click here.
- From the main menu, click on and then Company Settings.
- In the Security section, click Role Privileges.
- Click through each tab and set the appropriate permissions for the roles.
- Click on SubmitLogin with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
- Under the Account Management section, click Access Control.
- Set appropriate privileges for the roles across the different tabs visible. The changes are stored automatically.
