Celoxis lets you define privileges for the different roles to perform actions on various objects in Celoxis. Based on your company policy, you can either Grant/Deny or leave Unspecified the permission each role can play. To understand more on privileges, please click here.

  1. From the main menu, click on Image Removed and then Company Settings.
  2. In the Security section, click Role Privileges.
  3. Click through each tab and set the appropriate permissions for the roles. 
  4. Click on SubmitLogin with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
  5. Under the Account Management section, click Access Control.
  6. Set appropriate privileges for the roles across the different tabs visible. The changes are stored automatically.
