To add DepartmentsWorkspace:
- On From the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.In the Users And Clients on and then Company Settings.
- Under the Company section, click Departments Workspaces.
- Click Add link.
- In the Name* box, type name of the department
- Click Save. The department Workspace is added to the list of departments under the Name column.
To edit DepartmentsWorkspace:
- On From the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.In the Users And Clients section, click Departmentson and then Company Settings.
- Under the Company section, click Workspaces.
- Click on the edit link (pencil shaped icon).
- Make necessary changes. The departments are Workspace is edited.
To delete Departments Workspaces:
- On From the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.In the Users And Clients section, click Departmentson and then Company Settings.
- Under the Company section, click Workspaces.
- On the department workspace to be deleted, click on the Delete icon . The department Workspace is deleted.

Existing Projects in that department need Workspaces needs to be moved to another departmentworkspace . Users belonging to that department will workspace will be automatically moved to the "default" department workspace. |
