With each custom app, you can define roles, assign permissions and specify users who can play those roles.
To assign or un-assign privileges to roles:
- From the main menu, click on
and then Company Settings. - Under the Security section, click on Role Privileges.
- Navigate to the Apps tab.
- Select the App and apply the desired privileges.
- Click on Submit.
The following security privileges are available in apps:
- View
- Edit
- Delete
- Add Comment
- Perform Action
- Reassign
- Add
