Defining security

With each custom app, you can define roles, assign permissions and specify users who can play those roles.

To assign or un-assign privileges to roles:

1. From the main menu, click on  and then Company Settings. 
2. Under the Security section, click on Role Privileges.
3. Navigate to the Apps tab.
4. Select the App and apply the desired privileges.
5. Click on Submit.

The following security privileges are available in apps:

• View
• Edit
• Delete
• Add Comment
• Perform Action
• Reassign
• Add
