States tab
States represent "Stages" in your app.
- Add states by clicking on the
icon. - Enter the appropriate Name for your state.
- Define the Start state and the End state for the app.
- Start state: This is the default or the first state in which the app item will be created.
- End state: This is the last state of the app item after which it is marked as 'Completed'.
- For every new app, Celoxis creates 2 states by default: Open and Closed. You can modify these to suit your requirements or even delete them and add your own states.
- Every new state you add will dynamically appear in the other (relevant) tabs without the need of saving the changes. This let's you quickly draw up your app definition.
