You might have documents files attached to a task, project, process, discussion, etc. Finding them is a difficult task as the number of document file starts increasing. Celoxis helps you filter the documents files attached to a particular entity with the help of the Attached To filter.
To add this filter:
- Create/Edit the Document File report.
- On the Add/Edit Document file pop-up, click on the Filters tab.
- Type Attached To for the filter to be selected. Make this filter prompt? so that you can select values while running a report.
- Click on Save.
Alternatively, the "Files" option under the View menu will help you locate your files.
