Celoxis provides some predefined reports for Celoxis provides out-of-the-box reporting for the predefined Apps. Additionally, you can also define your own reports  reports. 

To create a report of an app item you defined:

  1. From the main menu, click on View and then All Reports.

  2. In the new pop-up, click on the New Report drop-down.
  3. Under the Apps section in the list, click on the App you created.
  4. Enter the mandatory details; select columns, sorting grouping of your choice and click on Save.
    You can then add the report to your favorite list or add it to the dashboard.

The following list of reports are created available by default in your account (for customers after v8.0):

  1. Global Reports
    1.  My Bugs.
    2. My Issues.

    3. My To Dos.

    4. Risk register
    5. Change Requests (Shared with client)

    6. My Bugs 

    7. My Change Requests 

    8. My Issues 

    9. My To Dos 

    10. Project Approval Requests 

    11. Risk Register
       

  2. Project-Specific reports
    1. Bugs - All the bugs reports of the App type 'Bug'.
    2. Issues - All the issues reports of the App type 'Issue'.
    3. Risk Register - All the risk reports of the App type 'Risk' with the risk parameters.
