It is possible Ocassionally you may want to re-assign the Workflow currently assigned to a user to someone else. This may be done for a variety of reasons including work restructuring, you the current assignee an item. There could be several reasons like work restructuring or the assigned user is on leave or is busy with other activities.Only the user with Reassign privilege will be able to do this.

To notify the requestorreassign an App item:

  1. Go to your Workflowapp item.
  2. From the its actions drop-down Image Removed of the workflow Image Added, click on Reassign
  3. Select the user to reassign the Workflow item from the Reassign To drop-down.
  4. You can enter suitable comments for the change if required.
  5.  Click on Submit. The process item will be re-assigned to the user new.

 

Info
  • The new assignee will receive a notification that the App item is assigned to him.
  • The original assignee will no longer see the App item when filling time or in reports.
  • Only the user with Reassign privilege will be able to perform this action.
