It is possible to re-assign the Workflow currently assigned to a user to someone else. This may be done for a variety of reasons including work restructuring, you the current assignee is on leave or is busy with other activities.
Only the user with Reassign privilege will be able to do this.
To notify the requestor:
- Go to your Workflow.
- From the actions drop-down of the workflow, click on Reassign
- Select the user to reassign the Workflow from the Reassign To drop-down.
- You can enter suitable comments for the change if required.
- Click on Submit. The process will be re-assigned to the user new.
