You can make a copy the existing Workflow to initiate a new workflow with changes OR move an existing workflow to a new project or Workspaceof an existing app item or move it across projects or workspaces.

To copy a Workflowan app item:

1. Go to your Workflowapp item.
2. From the actions drop-down Image Removed of the Workflowits actions Image Added, click on Copy.
3. You can change the data in the fields you require like Summary, Priority, etcmake changes as necessary to the duplicated app item.
4. Select a new Assigned To or Requestor if required.
5. Click on Submit. A new instance of the Workflow App item is created. The original remains untouched.

To Move a workflowmove an app item:

1. Go to your Workflowapp item.
2. From the actions drop-down Image Removed of the Workflowits actions Image Added, click on Move.
3. Select the new project or Workspace workspace where you want to move the processitem.
4. Click on Next. The original process app item is moved under the new selection.
