You can copy the existing Workflow to initiate a new workflow with changes OR move an existing workflow to a new project or Workspace.

To copy a Workflow:

  1. Go to your Workflow.
  2. From the actions drop-down  of the Workflow, click on Copy.
  3. You can change the data in the fields you require like Summary, Priority, etc.
  4. Select a new Assigned To or Requestor if required.
  5. Click on Submit. A new instance of the Workflow is created. The original remains untouched.

 

To Move a workflow:

  1. Go to your Workflow.
  2. From the actions drop-down  of the Workflow, click on Move.
  3. Select the new project or Workspace where you want to move the process.
  4. Click on Next. The original process is moved under the new selection.
