After you have defined your state transitions, you may want to define the action that will occur when the workflow With triggers, you can specify the actions to be initiated when the system receives an email from the requestor.
- In the Workflow pop-up, go to the Triggers tab.
- Click on

- Under the Perform Action, select the next state in which the Workflow should move action to be performed when the requestor sends in an email.
