After you have entered the basic details, you can now enter the states of the Workflow:

States represent "Stages" in your app.

  1. Add states by clicking on the  icon.
  2. Enter the appropriate name for appropriate Name for your state. 
  3. Define the Start state and the End state for the workflow.

    1. Start state: This is the default or the first state in which the app item will be created.
    2. End state: This is the last state of the app item after which it is marked as 'Completed'.

  • For every new app, Celoxis creates 2 states by default: Open and Closed. You can modify these to suit your requirements or even delete them and add your own states.
  • Every new state you add will dynamically appear in the other (relevant) tabs without the need of saving the changes. This let's you quickly draw up your app definition.
