% Comp | The percentage of task completion |
Budget | The budget of the task. |
Resources | The resources working on the task. Resources can be allocated in hours or %. For e.g Alice[2h] OR Alice[25%] |
WBS | The hierarchy of the task. For e.g. 1, 1.1, 2, 2.1, etc. |
Custom fields | Any additional information regarding the task. These fields need to be first created in Celoxis before you can import the data. For custom fields of type Multi-select dropdown, you can import multiple values by adding | between the values. For e.g: HTML | PHP | CSS |

- Fields that cannot be mapped via CSV include: Schedule Type, Work(h), Predecessor, Parent-Child relation, Constraint Date, Constraint Type, Priority, State, Start (Actual), Finish (Actual), Cost (Est, Material), Cost (Fixed).
If Both Start and Finish dates are specified, then the task created is manually scheduled.
If Duration is specified, then the task created is auto-scheduled.
If the system cannot determine the schedule mode from what the user has entered, it will use the user’s preferences to create the task.
