Once you create your project you may want your project team to be able to see that project. For that, you need to create tasks in the project and assign users to the task. Please click here to read about how to assign users to tasks. When you assign people to tasks, they automatically become a part of your project team and can view the project. When they log into Celoxis, on their dashboard they can see a report called My Tasks. The tasks assigned to them will show up under that project. 

Please look at the image below. When a person logs into Celoxis, they see 2 reports on their dashboard - My Projects (projects where they are PM) and My Tasks (tasks assigned to them). Under My Tasks, they see the link for the project of tasks they have been assigned. (eg. Sample Project - Office Setup).
