Celoxis allows you to import Workflow instances in a project from a CSV.

To Import Processes:

  1. From project actions drop-down , navigate to Import and then click on Workflows CSV.
  2. Click Browse and select a CSV file. 
  3. Click Next.
  4. Under the Map To drop-down list, map the fields of your CSV file with the fields provided.
  5. In the Number of top rows to skip box, enter the number of rows you want to ignore if you have headers in your CSV.
  6. From the Date Format drop-down list, select the appropriate date format.
  7. Click Finish. 
     

You can view the sample file for the CSV import on the Import CSV page (step 3) by clicking on the Sample CSV link.
