The Dashboard is the first screen you see after you log in to Celoxis. This can be configured to show different reports depending on your requirement. For e.g. Team Member's dashboard showing daily tasks assignments, Task Status report, etc. or a personal dashboard to manage your own work. You can create many such dashboard reports and share them across with your team members too.
Who can create a Dashboard
A user needs to have "Add" privilege under the 'Reports' tab (Administration > Access Control) to be able to add a Dashboard report in Celoxis. The following table highlights the required privileges for creating this

Creating a Dashboard
- Click on Reports > All Reports.
- From the New Report drop-down, click on Dashboard.
- Type a Name for your new Dashboard.
- From the Visible to Users drop-down select the appropriate option if you wish to share the dashboard with users.
- From the Visible to Clients drop-down select the appropriate option if you wish to share the dashboard with clients.
- Under the Reports tab, select the required reports on your Left Side and Right side of the dashboard.
NOTE: The individual reports listed here are the reports shared with you. - Click on Save.

Editing / Deleting a Dashboard
Points to remember:
- A dashboard report can have a maximum of 6 individual reports.
- When the company policy 'Allow Personal Dashboards' is selected, only then can your users create personal Dashboards i.e dashboards NOT shared with anyone.
- You cannot add reports with output type Gantt, Resource Load in a Dashboard.
- You can create project dashboard from the Project Views.
