Permissions for Company Administration

  • Staff (i.e. every user) can create project and view clients.
  • External Users can not create project and view clients.

Permissions for Discussions:

  • Project Manager can Create new discussion, View, Edit, Reply and Delete the discussion.
  • Project Team, Task Team can vreate new discussion, View and Reply the discussion.
  • Project Stakeholder and Executive can View and Reply the discussion.
  • Staff ( i.e. every user) can create new discussion in project.
  • Owner (i.e. user who initiates the Discussion) can View, Edit, Reply, Delete the Discussion.

Permissions for Documents:

  • Executive,  Project Stakeholder, Project Team, Task Team can View the documents.
  • Project Manager can View and Check in/ out the documents.
  • Task Team can Check in/ out the documents where they are owners.
  • Owner (i.e. user who has uploaded the Document) can View, Edit, Check in/ out, Delete the Document.

Permissions for Folder:

  • Project Manager and Executive can View the Folder.
  • Project Team can View and Add the Folder.
  • Owner (i.e. user who has created the Folder) can View, Edit, Delete and Add the Folder.

Permissions for Project :

  • Project Manager can View & Edit the Project, Add New task in project, View and Edit project financials.
  • Executive can View Project, Add New task in project, View and Edit project financials.
  • External Users cannot View & Edit project and project financials.
  • Project Team can View Project.

Permissions for Report

  • Staff (i.e Every user) can create new report.

Permissions for Task :

  • Project Manager can View, Edit, Delete Tasks and Add Comment, Add Task and Add Expense against the tasks.
  • Executive can View & Add Comment against a task.
  • Accountant can view the task.
  • Task Team can View Tasks, Add Comment, Add Expense, Add time against tasks they are assigned.

Permissions for Time and Expense :

  • Project Manager can View, Edit, Delete, Approve, Invoice time entries of the projects where the user is the project manager.
  • Accountant is also a proxy user and can Invoice time entries.
  • Task Team can view their own time-entries.

Accountant can view Project Financials
Project Team can view the project.
External Users cannot view the clients
 

 

 All resources can View, Add updates and Add time entries against the task assigned to them.
