When you want to start a workflow under a specific state in a Workspace, this method is used. For instance, a New Help Desk process is initiated in the workspace handling these requests when the customer sends an email to a particular address.

Direct Email Interface:

  1. On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
  2. Under Workflows section, click Email Integration.
  3. Under the Direct Email Interface section click on Find Email Address.
  4. Select the appropriate Workflow from the drop-down list and click on Next.
  5. From the Workspace drop-down list, select the required Workspace.
  6. From the State drop-down list, select state. 
  7. Click on Submit.
  8. The email address for that particular category and state is shown. 

You can use this email address to send email which will then create process under the appropriate Workspace and State.
