When you want to start an app item under a specific state in a Workspace, this method is used. For instance, a New Help Desk process is initiated in the workspace handling these requests when the customer sends an email to a particular address.
Direct Email Interface:
- On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
- Under Apps section, click Email Integration.
- Under the Direct Email Interface section click on Find Email Address.
- Select the appropriate App from the drop-down list and click on Next.
- From the Workspace drop-down list, select the required Workspace.
- From the State drop-down list, select state.
- Click on Submit. An email address for your app is created which will then create app items under the selected Workspace and State.
