After you have defined your state transitions, you may want to define the action that will occur when the workflow receives an email from the requestor.
- In the Workflow pop-up, go to the Triggers tab.
- Click on
to add the select the state in which you want to define the trigger. You can select the state under When in State... - Under the Perform Action, select the next state in which the Workflow should move when the requestor sends in an email.
