Set Multiple UserWorkspace Role Memberships


Assign/Unassign multiple Users to Roles

  1. Login with a user with administrator privileges and click on Administration option under the user profile.
  2. Under the Account Management section, click Access Control.
  3. Click on the user icon besides the role name to which you wish to associate your users.
  4. In the new pop-up, select/assign your users under the workspace you wish and click Save.
    The users will inherit the privileges assigned to the roles.
