Celoxis enforces certain limits on data retrieval for reports. For details, refer here. However, these limits are configurable (only On-Premise customers) for you. 

To edit the limits:

  1. Go to  Settings > Site > Edit Site Settings.
  2. Click on the Limits tab.

    Limit to configureOriginal limitMeaning
    Records from database15000This number indicates the records fetched for a single report from the database.
    Records per page on dashboard50This number indicates records fetched for a single page of a report when it is displayed on dashboard.
    Records per page on individual report250This number indicates records fetched for a single page of a report when it is accessed individually.
    Timesheet months3This number indicated the months set for the In Range option under "Filter Tasks" on the Weekly time screen.
    RLC Day Months3On the RLC, when "Zoom" is Day, the data will be limited to the number (in months) you set here.
    RLC Week Months12On the RLC, when "Zoom" is Week, the data will be limited to the number (in months) you set here.
    RLC Year Months12On the RLC, when "Zoom" is Year, the data will be limited to the number (in months) you set here.

     

     

Please note that increasing the limits can result in colossal amount of data being fetched which will then slow down your application and you will observe performance degradation issues.
