You can control which email notifications you wish to receive.
To Change your Notifications:
- On the main menu, click on your profile picture, and then click My Settings.
- On the pop-up window, click on the Preferences tab.
- Under the Notifications section, select the check boxes under the categories for which you want email notifications.
- Click Save. Your email notifications are customized.

Task progress is updated | The PM receives this notification when team members update their tasks (Progress Updates and Time-entries against tasks). When the 'Cc' is selected when making a progress update, the team members are also notified. | |
Tasks assigned to me | ||
Task is modified. | The users assigned to the task will receive this when task attributes like - Start date, Duration, Finish date, Resource allocation, etc is changed. | |
Task is assigned to you. | The resource who is assigned to the task will receive this mail. | |
Task starts in the next 24 hours. | A notification prior to 24 hours task start will be sent to user assigned to the task. | |
Task is overdue. | A notification sent to the user assigned to the task when its Finish date is crossed and yet Incomplete. | |
Task progress is updated. | The PM receives this notification when team members update their tasks (Progress Updates and Time-entries against tasks). When the 'Cc' is selected when making a progress update, the team members are also notified. | |

Time is submitted on your behalf. | The user assigned to the task will get a mail when another user with proxy privilege fills time for him/her. | |

Daily Incomplete Timesheet reminder | If the daily incomplete timesheet reminder setting is enabled at company level, the user will receive email if his/her timesheet for the day is incomplete. | |

New version of your favorite or checked-out document is available. | The user will receive this notification when a new version of the document marked as favorite by him/her or is being edited is available. | |

Item is assigned to you. | The user receives this notification when an app item is assigned to him/her | |

The Blocked and Overdue notifications are sent at 1AM, 7AM, 1PM and 7PM server time only.
