When you log into Celoxis, you will be taken to the Dashboard page. The dashboard acts as a container of different reports organized in 2 panes, a left pane and a right pane. So for eg, the dashboard in the image below has 2 reports on the left pane - Projects managed by me and Who's doing what? and 2 reports on the right pane - My Projects' Status and Tasks' Status. You can customize the Dashboard to display the information most relevant to your daily working.

  1. The menus at the top of the application provide a quick way of performing most actions related to that feature. E.g. Project menu will allow you to create projects, add tasks etc whereas clicking on Documents is the easiest way to add a document and so on.
  2. The pull down that appears next to the name of any object is referred to as an action selector. Actions related to that object can be performed from the menu.
  3. If you require any kind of assistance, you can click on the help icon Question Mark (?). You can either choose to look up the User Guide, or Submit a Help Request, or post on the Community Help forums.
  4. Most pages in Celoxis are actually reports. You can choose to see more columns in your local view of the report. If you click on the Column picker and select more columns, your local copy of the report will show those. It will not affect the main report.
  5. You can quickly search for any entity in Celoxis from the search icon.o
  6. The print icon beside help allows you to print the report/page you are viewing.
