If you are using Apps to track business processes like help desk requests, issue / bug tracking, change requests, etc. your clients can initiate them. Your Clients can participate in a process if they have initiated the process and it is marked as "client visible".
To participate in project processes:
- On the main menu, click Process, point to New, and then click a process type.
- Select a project to initiate the process under
- In the Summary* box, type the summary of the process.
- Fill in the other details and you can attach files if any.
Alternately
- The client can go to their specific project
- Click on Start Process link to initiate the process
