Skill sets for resources are entered and searched by keywords.

To enter keywords
  1. On the main menu, click Settings, and then click Company.
  2. In the Users And Clients section, click User Accounts.
  3. Point at the users, and select Edit from the actions drop-down list.
  4. On the Edit User window, enter keywords in the Skills, Experience & Qualification field.
    The  Skills, Experience & Qualification field are custom fields which you can create for your user. 
  5. Click Save.
  6. You can search resources based on the keywords.
