Celoxis send email notifications on work items when you are either
- Implicitly Assignee, i.e., assigned on the task/app item OR Project Manager (Project), State Manager (App item)
- Explicit Assignee, i.e., you are following the work item.
The email notification also allows you to reply back to the emails which then adds your that as a comment to the work item. The notifications include a link to the work item that you are following. You can click on the Unsubscribe link in the email to stop receiving the emails.
