You can mark the app item delayed by using any of the following methods:

  1. By checking the Delayed box on the New/Edit app item.

     
  2. By setting the Due Date of an app item.
    You can enter the due date while creating/editing the app item. The app item will be marked as delayed once the entered date and time has passed. The delayed indicator depends on the time zone of the assigned user. For e.g. if the user assigned to the app item is in AUS time zone, then the app item will show as delayed only after the time entered in Due date has passed for this user. If the app item is unassigned, then the default calendar timezone will be applied.
     
  3. Using Timeout Policy.
