Copying or Moving a Workflow

You can copy the existing app item to initiate a new one with changes OR move an existing app item to a new project or Workspace.

To copy an app item:

1. Go to your app item.
2. From the actions drop-down , click on Copy.
3. You can change the data in the fields you require like Summary, Priority, etc.
4. Select a new Assigned To or Requestor if required.
5. Click on Submit. A new instance of the App item is created. The original remains untouched.

To Move an app item:

1. Go to your app item.
2. From the actions drop-down , click on Move.
3. Select the new project or Workspace where you want to move the item.
4. Click on Next. The app item is moved under the new selection.
