Document History

Celoxis allows you to view details of documents uploaded such as

1. Who is the owner of the document
2. What is the current version of the document
3. Who has it currently checked out
4. What are the different versions of the documents
5. Which version was checked in by whom 
6. Comments on the versions 
7. Date of checkin
   
   

To view the history:

1. Go to your project and click on the Documents link from the left panel.
2. From the actions drop-down of the document, click on View Details.

The pop-up window that opens will show you all the details with the history.

To download previous versions:

1. Go to your project and click on the Documents link from the left panel
2. Click the Action Selector against the document and select View Details.
3. On the pop-up window, click on the Download link for downloading the required version of the document.
   
   

The document will be downloaded in the specified location.
