If you want to use your own certificate, provided by companies like Verisign, Thawte, etc., you will need to:

  • Follow their instructions on how to obtain and install their certificate into Tomcat 7.
  • The certificate should be installed into the file .keystore in psa_x.y.z directory with passphrase celoxis
  • In case you want to change the passphrase, you will have to update the psa_x.y.z/conf/server.xml and enter the new passphrase.
  • Restart the application after you are done.

Any changes you make to .keystore or server.xml files must be manually copied over to the new psa_p.q.r directory after every upgrade.

Celoxis allows you to use your own SSL certificate, however, you need to follow the instructions provided by the certificate provider for installing the SSL certificate. Celoxis Support does not provide assistance in installing and debugging issues arising when using your own SSL certificate.
