The bulk actions appear on any time entry report that you create. You can Edit, Send for approval, Approve, Reject, Invoice, Un-invoice or Delete selected time entries. This is particularly helpful when you want to see additional information such as billable/costable, time codes and rates before Approving/Invoicing the time-entries. Some points to note:
- You need the appropriate privileges to perform the bulk actions.
- Even if there is a single time entry that causes a conflict, an appropriate message will be shown. The remaining time entries will not be affected till you un-select the problematic time-entry.
- Even if you have delete time entry privilege, but the time entry is in Approved/Invoiced state, then you cannot delete the time-entry. You need Approve/Invoice privilege in combination with delete for this.
