Celoxis has a basic app configured to handle Issues. 

Workflow Steps:

  1. Customer or a user reports an issue.
  2. The added issue goes into the 'Unresolved' state.
  3. If more information or clarification is needed, it can be put 'On Hold'.
  4. Once the issue is resolved, it moves into the 'Resolved' state.
