You can edit and delete time entries if you have not sent them for approval.

To edit submitted time entries:

You need to have edit and Approve privileges for this.

  1. From the main menu, click on Add >  Timesheet.
  2. Click on the time entry that you want to edit.
  3. An edit pop-up is displayed. Click in the hours box to type hours.
  4. Select a date from the Date Picker. You can change the other fields such as the time-code, task name, etc.
  5. Click Save. The time entries are edited.

To delete submitted time entries:

You need to have delete privileges for this. 

  1. From the main menu, click on Add >  Timesheet.
  2. Click on the time entry that you want to delete.
  3. On the pop-up window, click on Delete. The time entry will be deleted.

 

To delete a saved time-entry, just clear the time in the box and click on Save.
